Took my husband to Great Clips for a haircut a few days ago. Told the stylist how he wanted it and she proceeded to shave almost all his hair off leaving two "wings" of 3 inch long hair on each side of his bald spot. It looks ridiculous and there's no way to comb it to make it look nice. We will never go there again.

Sadie is the best hairstylist ever!! I have a short pixie cut which I'm extremely picky about and Sadie knocks it out the park every single time!! So if anyone needs an artist who knows their craft then you can't do any better than Sadie!! Thank you for your amazing talent!!

I like great clips because you can retry much get the same cut wherever they are located. I will admit that they do a few staff members that don't do as good of a job as others do. They will take care of any issues if you let them know. They are on the high side, but they do have ways to save money from time to time. Best way to save is to buy the gift card they offer that gets a large discount. These are limited time only, but once you buy them you save big. They are also very clean!

I booked for myself online. I had my son with me when I walked in. The girl that was there looked up and said in a very rude, tactless and unprofesional attitude "he has to have a mask on to get his hair cut. The CDC says so." I said "well he's 5 and has asma and isn't getting his hair cut." She sneered at me and went back to her haircut. A few moments later another girl came in and tried to get my address. I said "no it's ok" and then she said "The CDC needs it in order for you to get your hair cut." Theses are lies ss the CDC does NOT need my address tonget my hair cut. I walked out without getting my hair cut from them. This franchise is independently owned so I'm sure they will continue to live to customers in this way.
